Review of Anna Karenina (2012) by Phil A — 26 May 2013
This gets three stars for the lush beauty that this film is. The costumes and the dancing and the great way of showing the opulence of that time is amazing. Keira Knightly is brilliant and the rest of the cast is almost perfection.
It IS very weirdly made and at times very disjointed and disorientating. For me, it didn't flow smoothly and at times I found myself either lost or bored or both.
