Emily watson was good... while robert carlyle was okay. the rest of the cast were much the same. it's a story about an irish family in the u.s. coming back to ireland... for some reason. then one of their sons has to work his ass off to get back to where he started.
although the plot in that sense is a bit odd it is quite heart rendering to watch... and if not for that reason... for emily watson's performance. she's a pretty good actress.
