An Officer And A Gentleman is a superb drama that feels very real and down to Earth. I feel that there is not one moment that feels forced or cheesy, but rather every moment feels believable thanks to the superb writing and the magnificent performances across the board that manage to wring out genuine emotion.
If you enjoy a good drama that never once feels contrived, this is one worth seeing.
