Review of An American Werewolf in Paris (1997) by Joseph M — 12 May 2007
The sequal to the classic American Werewolf in London, this time deals with werewolves in Paris!
No relevence to the first film, Werewolf in Paris stands alone.
Three American friends travel to Paris on a trip of excitment and women. However they get more then they bargained for when they discover a gang of werewolves are attemping to tkae over the city!
Tom Everett Scott plays the main character who is bitten by a werewolf and undergoes some amazing transformations, in homage to those spectacular scenes from the first film.
Once again it is the comc elements that make this film great, with the ghosts whose bodies are slowly rotting adding to the fun!
If you liked the first, you're sure to enjoy the second!
