Review of An American Tail (1986) by Benwomack — 29 Jun 2020
Not true- generic refugee? experience.
A mouse comes to live in America. Sings.
Reaction: if I say it's great, then... it has a scene which is unpleasant, that I'd forgotten. As far as cats and mice go, there's now Cats, which is faintly irrelevamnt. It's more palateable than Robin Jarvis. It's more twee and not so much about food as Brian Jacques. It's not Maus. There are actual mouse and cats, that behave as they do. And Aesop, obviously. thanks.
