Review of American Mary (2013) by Joshua L — 13 Nov 2013
American Mary walks a fine line between arthouse and exploitation, sometimes teetering and falling in either direction. Directors, the Soska sisters, show more promise in the horror genre than anyone has in a long time.
Although there are problems, like an uneven storyline and a seemingly rushed ending, their talent shines through. I'm looking forward to future films from these twisted sisters.
