Hardcore is the raw energy, intensity, and the 'don't give a fuck and just get up on stage and play until your body breaks' attitude that an unfortunately large number of artists and musicians overlook.
The book wins on the detail aspect, but the visuals in this movie are essential. But where are the DEAD KENNEDYS?!?
