Pretty, yet vapid as a Hollywood scenester.
This latest offering from DC is getting a crazy amount of praise from 'legit' critics, but having just witnessed this car crash of a project, I can only assume that this is because they will have had a significant deposit from the W Bros into their bank accounts.
A paper thin plot can work in some cases, but this rips itself to shreds, chews itself up and then gets spat into your eyes in an effort to get to the next 'wow' visual, repeatedly, for 80 minuets!
As a premise this could have worked, but what was unleashed is pure 'turn your brain off maaaaan' media.
How many more ways can I say I thought this kinda sucks?
