Promises more than it delivers. The fusion of documentary and scripted movie based on a true story was clumsy and off-putting. The interviews sucked all of the tension and surprise out of the movie. We already know that nobody died or ended up jailed for a long time because we see them all doing well, still relatively young as they are being interviewed outside of prison.
The promised thrills of a heist never really materialize so this is an epic fail as a "heist" movie and as a documentary the subjects are bland and mediocre despite lots of over-acting by the leads.
