Review of Amélie (2001) by Jeramie S — 05 Jun 2012

Thematically, Amelie is my favourite movie. It perfectly captures what it's like to be a dreamer living in one's own imagination, something I'm highly familiar with. It makes for a wonderfully creative person, but one who is somewhat distanced from the rest of the world and humanity because of it.

I think it took me a few viewings to finally realize that this is why I identify so closely with the title character.
