Review of Amélie (2001) by The3Academysins — 28 Jan 2020

Without a doubt the quintessential French arthouse flick, Amelie is probably one of the most visually captivating movies I have ever seen. The story is funny, sad, and beautiful. Its a movie filled with hope and goodwill, and a lot of loving of all different kinds.

Its quiet, enthralling, and unforgettable, much like the protagonist herself! There are definitely some strange choices that may turn off a casual viewer, but this movie deserves all of the hype it gets.
