Review of Amélie (2001) by Jerky S — 15 Sep 2012
It is impossible to watch this movie without raving at the way it was made, at the imagination at play to have put this film together. It is a little charmer, a modern fairy tale of sorts, and an escape from reality, if you may, but that's what movies are anyway: to be endearingly a happier version of our lives.
And Amelie makes us remember that life is happy.
