What a wonderful picture! Fellini does with film what an artist does with the canvas. He paints a wonderful, even idyllic world that absolutely comes to life on the screen. Two plus hours of shear joy and fun! At the conclusion of the movie, I found myself filled with sadness, having to leave this beautiful world behind.
If you have not seen many Italian films, please start with this one. Fantastic film!
