Not the best. Not the worst. Somewhat realistic (albeit inside) look at teenage boys and what they're capable of if left unchecked and to their own devices. The direction was competent and didn't pull any punches.
The ending was hard enough because it left you wanting, but that's the ":wonder years" for you.
