(Spoiler alert! If you don't want to know the ending and other, don't read!) Veronica Roth wrote this book alternating each chapter between Tris Prior and Tobias Eaton. The reason she did this was so the readers could see both sides of their relationship and how close they were throughout the book.
Also, at the end, Tris was supposed to die at the end outside the vault (was supposed to be death serum, not memory loss serum) from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. None of this happened. I was very disappointed in this movie.
They didn't include the reason for Veronica Ruth'.
