Review of Allegiant (2016) by Michaela E — 18 Nov 2016
Another good novel ruined by the movie adaptation. The film makers decided to throw out 80% of the good plot points, replace them with bad fan fiction, and call it a movie. I could tolerate the butchery of the novel if it was a good movie in and of itself like Insurgent managed but this was just a bad adaptation and a bad film.
The single star is only for the main cast as I do quite enjoy them.
