Review of All the Pretty Horses (2000) by Dave G — 20 Jun 2010
Mediocre adaptation of a really great Cormac McCarthy book. Matt Damon is fine in the film, but seems too old to be playing a 16 year old cowboy. The strengths of the book lie in the banter between the 2 main characters and the descriptions of the land - both of which come off as generic in the film.
