Basically, a great big yawn fest. This film makes a very simple point, "if you don't vote then you allow polititians to get away with pretty much anything". Then it stretches this point over two and a half hours.

For me this film is too long, not half as profound as it is trying to be, very pretentious and overall extremely boring. However, it gets 2 stars for penn's performance which was very good.
