Review of All Is Lost (2013) by Mark W — 28 Feb 2014
A nearly silent film. This is how, in my opinion, Gravity should have been made. No dialogue, no other people, no back story, no name, nothing. This film is all about survival, one struggles along with the character, and believe me, you will get frustrated.
Robert Redford delivers an incredible, profound and moving performance; why he wasn't even nominated for an Oscar, is beyond me.
