It's tough rooting for a hero as incompetent as "Our Man." I found the cinematography, the pacing, the emotion to be really well done, and Robert Redford's ability to hold the screen is commendable.
But he's ultimately failed by an incredibly weak script. If the script had given him real trials of the sea to overcome, I can't help but think this review would be much different.
