Review of Aliens (1986) by Dimitri C — 23 Aug 2014
Aliens proves to be exciting like the first, but for some reason I felt the lack of a good plot line and good pacing. I felt it mostly rushed through the film and made it so the aliens seemed more weaker figures when the first movie made them seem more menacing and powerful.
The first I liked because of its suspense thriller sci-if feel. This felt more of a crazy gory action mess. There was also no point to the movie cause the ending is the exact same as the first. Overall the movie is decent and it has strong performances and lots of sci-fi action.
Now to say if it will please people who liked the first one? I don't know.
