Review of Aliens (1986) by Imthenoob — 11 May 2020
Aliens is a worthy sequel to a beloved classic but doesn't quite match the original in overall quality. The plot lacks the tension the first film had, the characters and dialogue are not as good either. Aliens plays out as more of an action film than a suspenseful one like the original one.
It's good but not great yet it still remains the only good Alien sequel we have ever gotten.
