Review of Aliens (1986) by Nolan F — 23 Jan 2015
Quite a step-up from the first movie!! While indeed I enjoyed Alien and understand why it's such a landmark in horror films (due to it's gold-star productions) I found it to be lacking so much in the department of being a thought-provoking film, which is why I think stories should be told.
This is a step up majorly. While it still didn't leave me sitting in awe of the lessons I've learned and thoughts I've thought, it certainly spoke a lot on friendship, love, and decisions.
4.5/5 for being just as well produced as the first and adding in some meat to chew on.
