Review of Alien Resurrection (1997) by Peter P — 05 Jul 2013
Another Alien movie, really, yeah, and although it is not as great as Alien and Aliens, it is better then Alien 3, and it definitely worth watching. OK, so Ripley is back, again, as a clone, with mixed alien DNA, and semi acid blood, and mad basketball skills, so.
...that's cool. Again, the government thinks they can turn the aliens into weapons, or at least possibly pets, and again, they are wrong. One of the things that this movie does well is show how the aliens interact with each other and how they might go about escaping from a cell, which is great by the way.
OK, on to the weird stuff, a pregnant alien, a human/alien white hybrid, and Winona is a robot made by robots, alright. Anyway, good movie, but it just seemed mean to kill the hybrid alien the way Ripley did, it was kinda like her kid, and it just looked confused and hurt as it was being destroyed.
bad mama. So again, OK movie, and to top it all off, Hellboy and the wheelchair guy live, who would have thunk it.
