Nerdy fanboys who live in their Mommy's basement clearly have their panties all bunched up about alien cannon. God! Just enjoy the movie for what it Is, where Prometheus and Covenant take the franchise in relatively new directions and relax! Are there any horror movies that don't predictably kill some fodder? Have cast members make dumb decisions? Etc? Yes!! Were there aspects I wish had been better fleshed out? Yes! This is a great movie! Watch Prometheus first and you'all get more out of it.
PS fanboys - Ridley Scott is a genius and cellar dwellers are not so behold, enjoy and be glad he made this franchise artwork you are still avid about 40 years later. I for one am quite thankful to Ridley Scott!
