Absolute garbage. the franchise would be better off without this. right away, it made no sense how the colony ship with over 2000 colonists would change its plan on the fly based on 1 single captain's decision.

then then they just landed on the planet without scouting out the uncharted planet with drones or scans??? and then they just walked out of their space shuttle onto the planet in their Columbia hiking gears?!?! they had space suits in Prometheus when they landed.

I got sick of it after 42mins and had to fast forward multiple times to finish the movie. once again proved that professional movie critics do not do their job properly when I saw so many positives critic reviews.

Ridley scott just ditched the direction left behind by Prometheus and went full on philosophical (i think its a good idea with the robot that wants to be god)focusing on the psychopath god syndrome android and merged that with aliens shooty shooty bang bang actions thrills.

the result was a total waste of time.
