Review of Alien: Covenant (2017) by Gary C — 24 May 2017

Was ok, Prometheus a far superior movie. I hate when a director makes a prequel and inserts better, faster and smarter antagonists. In this case...spoiler alert........The final xenomorph was a smarter faster stronger more deadly monster then the Alien in part 1 was which is a problem because this takes place before Alien.

I also didnt like how they just tossed the entire premise of Prometheus by simply having David kill all yhe engineers thus making the mysyery of why they made man and the xenomorphs a moot point. In Scotts rush to placate whiny Alien fanboys he basically tossed Prometheus and just made a slasher movie.

I was disappointed.
