Review of Alice in Wonderland (1951) by Aj V — 28 Oct 2010
Not so much an animated feature as a series of brilliantly (and memorably) animated vignettes/episodes, echoing the Silly Symphonies of the previous decades. Highlights include Tweedledee and Tweedledum, the Cheshire Cat, the ever-popular "Un-birthday" sequence (courtesy Mat Hatter and March Hare), "Golden Afternoon" (with singing flowers), and the Queen of Hearts' kingdom.
Not as important as previous Disney classics, but memorable nonetheless.
