It is an unique achievement for the two first-time writers/directors to come up with such a powerful and well-told story like this. It surely would remind people of "Crash" or any multi-storyline drama.
But even as a mimic, it's still exceptional. The homage to Amenabar's work was a surprising and geniusly-reflected touch.
