Airport 1975 (1974) -- [6.5] -- I enjoyed this way too much. But, come on. You put Charlton Heston, Karen Black, Myrna Loy, George Kennedy, Sid Caesar, Erik Estrada, Nancy Olson, Jerry Stiller, and Norman Fell (Mr Roper from "Three's Company") on a doomed airplane together.
.. with Gloria Swanson?!? As herself?!?! Win! And Linda Blair as a little girl who'll die unless she gets her kidney transplant soon? And singing nuns!?! Not to mention there's a decent amount of bona fide suspense in this sequel/remake, especially when they try to lower a man from a helicopter into a moving 747.
