Review of After the Sunset (2004) by Lourdh R — 20 Nov 2010

I think the main reason this films works as well as it does is the likability of three main characters as well as the appeal of the location. The three actors do not give otherworldly performances but all three have that something that drives you to identify with them.

Brosnan is just cool, Hayek is smoking hot and Harrelson is your best friend. Plain and simple each actor fills out their type. The story to this film, while completely unbelievable, is entertaining and fun.

There are a few holes but that can be overlooked due to Salma Hayek being ummm, featured throughout. Good work Ratner! :).
