Review of After Hours (1985) by Splits T — 30 Aug 2011
Just when you thought your night was hectic and bizarre, Scorsese doesn't let up on this awkward comedy that's relatively consistent, but does begin to stretch its limits in the last act. Even so, you'll have a tough time not sympathizing with Griffin Dunne and enjoying the dark, twisted humor put on display.
Definitely worth checking out, especially if you're a Scorsese fan who's yet to see it.
