Review of Adulthood (2008) by David V — 12 Oct 2008
Adulthood carries on from Kidulthood but it's six years later after Sam was convicted of killing Trife. Adulthood is not as great as Kidulthood it is a bit weaker. However there is great acting by Adam Deacon, Scarlett Alice Johnson, and Noel Clarke has done a great job writing and directing this movie.
The movie is good how you see Sam change as in the first he was a bully but in this one after prison he has changed a lot. I like how the movie has flashbacks of what happened to him in prison and how Curtis and his boys make Sam's life hell.
I got to add the song at the very end of the credits by Adam Deacon is a great song.
