Review of Adulthood (2008) by Harry F — 02 Sep 2010
This is a solid, if slightly less ambitious sequel to KiDULTHOOD, and while not as good, its certainly worth watching. Noel Clarke, as Sam, is excellent, although the writing isn't quite as sharp in this film.
It doesn't quite have the same british appeal as the first, and Danny Dyer is in it, which is always a turn off, but thats not to say this is bad. Its pretty good, its just not as good as KiDULTHOOD.
If you are a fan of the first, then I recommend seeing this, but otherwise, its got a fairly limited scope.
