This movie seems like it was written by two different teams. The first half is great- extremely entertaining, and very well shot. The action sequence on the moon were very well done. Then, as soon as they leave the moon en route to Mars, it becomes a boring, pretenious, tedious movie, with extraordinarily little payoff. Most of the things that happen are absolutely pointless. And the ending....
Brad Pitt was excellent however.
