OH MY GOD!!! We just got back from Ad Astra and this movie is F*CKING AMAZING! This movie is absolutely gorgeous in IMAX, every cinematographic decision is perfect. This is a 90 million dollar film that looks like it was 150 million dollars.
Instead of being a generic and predictable space epic, it’s a true psychological space drama with some of the most personal backstory I have ever seen in a movie.
