Review of Across 110th Street (1972) by Alan L — 14 Feb 2008
Yaphet Kotto plays the young one, Anthony Quinn is the corrupt old timer who claims to know how things are done. Together they fail miserably to stop the undergoing tragedy of a man on the run, his big score earning him the mark of death from the gangs of Harlem, the mobs of downtown, and every cop in the city.
It's a catch the rabbit race, where everybody is represented. You know the runner's going down, but how many will he take with him?
