Review of Absentia (2011) by Darrin C — 04 Apr 2015

A very good film that follows the same style as most of my favorite "horror" films. It is very good at instilling a sense of dread and making your hairs stand on end. It is well acted, despite being a very indie film, the emotions feel very real. It is both a story of loss as well as a paranormal horror story. Both are done well.

I don't want to spoil a unique experience by divulging the plot. But I will say if you are like me, and utterly bored with every movie being almost the same as the next, then watch this.
