Review of Absence of Malice (1981) by Wes G — 30 Dec 2008
Interesting and thought provoking movie about the power and abuse of the press, who really receives a serious slap in the face in this one. To me the weaknesses came from the starring duo (despite Field really convinces as a very silly/innocent journalist with an incredible sense of irresponsability) and the often hard to believe plot.
But interesting nevertheless.
