A Very Long Engagement was just that. Very long. And very similar to Amelie at some point. I suppose this just wasn't my kind of movie. But it was thrilling to hear Jodie Foster speak fluently french. What a talented woman. Still, I have seen a lot of shitty French movies over the years, and this was not one of them. It just kind of bored me.

Ondskan: What can I say. The Swedish are all that we Norwegians are not. At least when it comes to making movies. I haven't read any of Jan Gilliou's books. Not my genre. But this story is very engaging, almost breathtaking. It is beautifully written, wonderfully played. Andreas Wilson I hope to see as often as possible. And some of the others are Swedish actors we know well from other films. Always inspiring to see films as well done as this one. Thank you....

Stardust, I loved watching. Doesn't necessarily have the most profound message, but who gives a shit. It comes with the genre. It's fun. And well made. This director always chooses interesting projects. And the cast is amazing. It was easy to see that everyone had fun shooting this. Bravo to Charlie Cox. A very pleasant encounter with a charming englishman. I have a crush... Please someone, make more solid, well made fairytales. Harry Potter - ok - but in quality most of them don't come near Stardust.

Nice thing that Tilda Swinton won the Oscar. Congrats. She's one of my favourites. Would have guessed that Kate Blanchett would get it, but hell.... She'll get one eventually. She's a queen - and her performance in I'm Not There! Frankly, you don't come much nearer pure art.....

That's all I have to say. I'm tired... I wanted to say something about In Treatment, but if I start going on about that, I'll never get to sleep! Bonne nuit...
