Review of A Streetcar Named Desire (1951) by Ayumi U — 11 Feb 2009
This movie features one of the most annoying characters in any movie ever. Vivien Leigh's character takes "drama queen" to new levels to the point where you just want her shot dead. By the end it just came to be too unpleasant to even care.
The first half is at least a pretty interesting view of domestic and social life, and Brando puts in a strong performance.
