Well, you've probably already heard a lot of things about this movie, so let's keep it short.

Is it the sickest and most disgusting movie ever made?

I would say top 10 material.

Is it just another voyeuristic torture porn taken to the max?

I don't think it is because it is way too unpleasant to watch, it literally sends the protagonist and the viewer through hell, but isn't that what a true horror- movie is all about?

It also works as a parable on modern society and especially the contemporary porn industry. Think of it as a Salo for the internet- age.
