Review of A Quiet Place (2016) by Mike L — 10 Aug 2018
Powerful, scary and original, A Quiet Place has all the qualities that most modern horror wants to have, but don't dare to. This film dares to include a Deaf child, dialogue in the form of American Sign Language, a slow and suspenseful plot, and an opening that throws the entire audience against a wall.
A bravo to everyone involved, particularly to director John Krasinski.
