Review of A Perfect World (1993) by Heather Y — 27 Jul 2014
Quite often there comes a movie that turns out to be a personal charmer. A Perfect World is one such movie, beyond it's cops and robbers tale, this is a movie about human bonding. A kid bought up in a strict home, finds freedom and bonding in the convict who kidnaps him.
The convict becomes the friend he never had, and the movie works beautifully on that aspect. One really, heart warming movie, that needs to be seen. After the bleak Unforgiven, Clint Eastwood comes back with a wonderful tale of human bonding.
