Best sequel in continuity to the franchise and way better than its predecessor and all those that followed it (except 7) this movie is a real fun movie to watch and get scared by. Great SPFX, Great acting, Great directing, writing, plot, characters, gore, and everything else you can think of in a slasher series.
This is also the first movie in the franchis that made Freddy a funny guy. Be sure to watch for the ending where they seemingly kill freddy for good...seemingly.
