Sure, it has its flaws, but Elm Street 3 has the scariest special effects in the series. Also, it deviates from the usual camp of the films and provides some real horror. The visuals are fantastic, and the score is eerie.
The original and this are the two best in the series! If you like the series, go see it. If you kind of like it, you'll kind of like this. TWO AND A HALF STARS.
