Review of A Few Good Men (1992) by Sreejith M — 04 Dec 2013
Some may find it as "A court martial procedural which supplies more information than needed leading to spoilers" but for me its something else. Its about what happens to these characters -- how they react, respond & behave -- whenever a plot element is unraveled at them which constitutes the heart & essence of Sorkin's movie.
Its not a tactical error but its how it is supposed to be. Sorkin turned out to be a masterful writer in a few years which is underlined by the success of The Social Network. His "Walk & Talk" technique is unbelievably effective and kudos to Nicholson, Cruise, Moore & Bacon for acting with such energy & effectiveness.
This movie demands to be seen.
