Review of A Face in the Crowd (1957) by Craig B — 04 Nov 2008
Great film. It's amazing how a film that is 50+ years old can be so spot on to today's environment. Powerful performances. This is an Andy Griffith like you've never seen before! It was a bit long - could've lost a chunk and still delivered.
While the story might seem a bit "been there" you have to remember it was one of the first of its kind.
