Review of A Face in the Crowd (1957) by Mary H — 19 Sep 2012
Fabulous film. A little homemade at times, but compelling, full of truths and disturbing. Griffith was outstanding, over the top at times, but memorable. Neal was quietly beautiful and plays reason well.
I hope that politics is not all that this film made it to be, but sadly I think it is.
