Review of A Dangerous Method (2011) by Adrian E — 06 Apr 2012
No-frills filmmaking. Sedately stylish. The dialogue between Jung and Freud is deep and provocative. Fassbender and Mortensen ably play their roles with understatement, whereas Keira Knightley's performance is gratingly over-acted and nearly drove me away from watching the rest of the movie.
Mercifully, she tones it down to merely tedious over-acting.
